Bony Coxi-Plus Bird
Complementary feed for ornamental, cage and aviary birds.
Bony Coxi-Plus Bird contains oregano and Usnea barbata as well as a special blend of other herbs. Oregano possesses naturalantibacterial and antiparasitic properties and is therefore used for birds suffering from coccidiosis or worms. Usnea barbata contains usnic acid; this has a number of biological properties, such as an antibacterial effect against gram-positive bacteria (e.g. Staphylococcus and Streptococcus).
Composition: contains among others: usnea barbata, oregano, echinacea, pau d’arco, chamomilla, peumes boldo, triticum.
Analytical components and levels: crude protein 0.1%, crude fibre <0.1%, crude fat <0.1%, crude ash <0.1%, moisture 99.4%, starch 0.32%, lysine <0.05%, methionine <0.05%, calcium 0.002%, sodium <0.002%, phosphor 0.004%.
Dosage: preventative: 1 – 2 ml per litre of drinking water, 1 to 2 times per week. Curative: 2 – 5 ml per litre of drinking water for 7 days.
