COMPOSITION:

Metronidazole 40% m/m

Furaltadone 20% m/m

Plus Excipients

DOSAGE:

• 5 g (1 teaspoon) in 2 litres of drinking water for 3 - 5consecutive days.

• Remove all other sources of drinking water during treatment.

• Do not combine with any other antibiotics.

• It is advised to add Entero plus to the drinking water for the full duration of the treatment.

WARNING:

1. Keep out of reach of children and uninformed persons.

2. Not for use in birds intended for human consumption. Birds treated with 4IN1 MTZ should never be consumed.

3. Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons. If this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool, dry place, below 25 C.
